NBA trade rumors: Latest LaVine to Lakers talk nothing new, 76ers eyeing Anunoby

Throughout December, there is almost as much chatter about NBA transactions as there is about Santa Claus.

However, unlike Santa, the trade buzz tends to be devoid of substance. On the NBA trade front, there isn't much new information. Here are some of the most recent talks.

Klutch Sports, the agent for LaVine as well as LeBron James and Anthony Davis, and Bulls supporters' hopes and ambitions keep the Zach LaVine-to-Lakers rumor alive,

although it really shouldn't. Even with the Lakers' post-In-Season Tournament failures, sources told NBC Sports that this move is doubtful (at best).

On FanDuel TV's Run It Back, Shams Charania stated that the Lakers, Heat, and 76ers are all anticipated to be interested in LaVine.

In Chicago, the question is becoming, "How low are the Bulls willing to accept for LaVine?" Both LaVine and the Bulls are ready to move on, and Chicago is 6-3 without LaVine.

This does not bode well for LaVine's trade value. An online conversation between Bulls beat writer Darnell Mayberry and Lakers reporter Jovan

Buha at The Athletic nicely summarizes the different viewpoints on this transaction.
